Due to the demand of New Years Eve Thames Cruises and limited capacity full payment is required to confirm your booking.  Cancellations or reduction in numbers may be made up to 30 days prior (1st December) 100% cancellation charge applies for any cancellations received after this time.

Dress Code: Smart dress is expected, gentlemen are encouraged to wear suit, jacket and tie. No jeans, shorts, trainers are allowed on board and guests inappropriately dressed will be refused entry, no refunds are given under these circumstances.

Smoking is permitted on the outside deck only
Photography and filming will take place on board
Restaurant toilets are accessed via stairs
Closest Rail station is Charing Cross
Closest Tube is Embankment with access to District, Circle, Bakerloo and Northern Line.
