King Henry VIII and his court look forward to welcoming you through our doors while knights, troubadours, contortionists, magicians, jugglers, minstrels and medieval tumblers will all play their part in transporting you to merry olde England in this hugely entertaining dinner theatre experience.

 

Our venue with its stunning vaulted cellars is the perfect backdrop for a night of indulgent, festive, Tudor feasting for you and your guests and can seat up to 450 people, whether you are booking for a group or wish to do a private hire of our entire venue for your Christmas party, is a speciality for us.

CHRISTMAS MEDIEVAL BANQUET DATES
From 1st - 23rd December every Tuesday to Saturday evenings.  Sunday and Monday evenings are reserved for private parties.

CHRISTMAS MEDIEVAL BANQUET PRICE AND INCLUSIONS
£60 per person
INCLUDES:
Four course banquet
Unlimited beer and house wine during the meal 
Over two hours of themed medieval live entertainment
Disco until midnight
   

7.15pm   Doors Open
8.1pm     Dinner is served and entertainment Begins
Midnight  Disco Ends

Seating:  Tables and seating are reserved in advance and parties will be seated together.

Bar:  There is a full cash bar available to purchase drinks during the evening.

King Henry's Christmas Banquet Menu

Smoked salmon served with capers, chopped red onion,
lemon wedges and a dill crème fraiche accompanied by rustic bread

 

Celeriac and horseradish soup


Rosemary and thyme roasted chicken, roasted potatoes,
wine braised red cabbage, cranberry sauce and gravy

 

Treacle sponge and custard

Vegetarian Option  - must be ordered in advance

 

Caramelized red onion and goat cheese tart, rocket salad and balsamic Vinaigrette


Celeriac and horseradish soup

 

Portobello mushroom, stuffed with chestnuts and chives crusted with brie.
Served with roast potatoes, maple syrup glazed carrots and cranberry sauce

 

Treacle sponge and custard
